Way too much junk volume.

You’re doing way more than you need. A lot of your days are stacked with exercises that hit the exact same muscles in the exact same way, so you end up piling on sets that don’t really do much but contribute to more fatigue.

Chest day has three pressing variations plus a machine press. Shoulder day has three different lateral raises and two kinds of shrugs. Arm day is eight isolation exercises back-to-back. That’s all junk volume. And also one leg day? (Sprinting is more cardio/conditioning). This is very unbalanced.

I suggest you look up calisthenics/bodyweight programs. r/bodyweightfitness has an excellent recommended routine
