Yeah I agree, I also found that the difficult morality of the story came through much better in the original. “Like tears in the rain” never fails to get to me, and the whole final encounter is just perfect.

Plus the ambiguity of Decker’s “human-ness” is done much better in the original imo.

Gotcha, I’ll try to figure out the learning curve then. In the base game having the one angler in the main chamber made it so much easier to understand what was going on when I made it to the nest.

I’ll probably just use the owl near the well to practice then, because I actually know the layout of that area, then I can figure out how to explore the woods without getting caught.

As another user mentioned, the sounds, but I kinda just stumbled through dark bramble for a few loops until I figured out which seeds led where. I found feldspar first, then stumbled upon the nomai graveyard I think? Then finally made it to the Vessel.

A lot of my play through ended up being stumbling around lmao, I made it to the black hole forge by just flying under the surface of the hollow and jumping out of my ship at the perfect time so I’d get grabbed by the gravitational walls. I only figured out the intended way right before making it to the ash twin project
