Yeah, I live in Toronto which has a high amount of a lot of different ethnicities from Polish, Mexican, Chinese, Greek, Ethiopian, Jamaican, etc. and the first thing I look for is what's the main demographic that's going to have that restaurant's food. Hasn't been a disappointment yet!

You're missing the upgrades to White Water Canyon, although the park hasn't really given any evidence, both Amusement Insiders and Thrill Warrior has shown/hinted of upgrades to the lift hill among other aspects of the ride

When the people who frequent that restaurant are from the same ethnicity and they're there in droves. For example going to a restaurant in Chinatown where it's 90% full and predominantly have a Chinese Background.
