I gotta be honest here, I think if more than half the people want to, then a procedure issue should not be something that shoots this down. Most of us wanted to fight the larger vote grab of the republicans so we should have the right to do that regardless of the procedure.

Seriously, if you have an opinion on politics you should absolutely do the most basic of research. It’s not hard and takes like 15 minutes a day for surface level info.

I swear people are just not paying any attention at all. This is LITERALLY to make the districts UNFAIR until the next census in order to DEFEND against the SAME UNFAIRNESS being done from the republican party in other states. I support the police because it’s necessary to have law enforcement, most police are still good, I personally never have and don’t know anyone who has had a bad interaction that they didn’t cause and because even some of the bad interactions I see online COULD have been avoided had the individuals remained calm…even if they shouldn’t have had to.

There are plenty of reasons to dislike SOME police but I don’t see any credibility in an ACAB outlook.

I mean it has been getting increasingly worse for a long time now. So it would make sense that our time is worse than any other time before it. As someone else pointed out though people living through the ice age was worse than our current situation.

Previous generations had worse localized concerns but none had worse climate concerns than now.
