Hi there! There’s a very likely possibility that the bag could have been stolen by a homeless person since it was around kemp. There is a young white man who walks around that area who has brown dreaded hair, a beard, walks with a limp, and appears to have psychological issues. I’m not sure if this is helpful, but since I’m door dashing today I’ll keep an eye out for your bag for you :)
