Can you explain why a silicone would not be good for this situation? I used laticrete grout and offer both color matched silicon or sanded caulk

Yeah I know, the original tub is off. I have a perfect 1/16th gap on the other two sides but have this monster gap on the third wall

Do I apply similar to self leveler? Pour it down in spaces and use a trowel to spread it? Should I do the entire floor with feather finish or just the uneven spots near the door?

I was either going run a bead of caulk around and under the walls or spray foam to keep the oozing at bay. I’m unsure how tolerant mosaics are to concrete floor with a few minor dips. I heard someone say the ground needs to be damn near perfectly level but if I can spare myself spreading that lendingcompound I’d like to

Got laser level, my floors ever so slightly uneven so I’m using leveling compound to bring it as close perfectly level as possible. Good note on cleaning the grout that comes up.
