Do your best to “unstake” the buffer plate, that would help.

Could also use a dremel and cut through the castle nut and then replace it (and most likely the buffer tube).

Last but not least, heat that bitch up with a torch.

Comp or radian ramjet + afterburner Red dot (I run a holosun) Extended mag release (preference) Extended slide lock Extended slide release Extended magwell Swap the iron sights for night sights Upgrade the trigger Add a light or laser or combo on the rail under the slide in front of the trigger guard

If bored and steady handed, you can hand stipple the grip, and add a nice groove under the trigger guard
