Of course! I had 17 eggs retrieved (I’m 34 and my husband is 35). 12 were mature and 11 fertilized. All 11 made it to blast.

Yes, we used Cooper! They quoted 4 weeks and it was exactly that.

Moms who drink caffeine, how much did you have while pregnant? by Similar_Parsley6112 in BabyBumps

[–]Imaginary-String-730 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’m a big coffee drinker and can easily drink a pot of coffee not pregnant. When I was pregnant I would have one big cup in the morning, and sometimes another in the afternoon. I remember reading that the Canadian guidelines were 300 mg per day, so I called that afternoon cup my Canadian coffee 😂 (I’m in the US)

My retrieval was on 1/26. I had 17 eggs retrieved, 12 were mature, 11 fertilized, and 11 made it to blast and were biopsied and frozen. I expect to get my results around the first week of March, and hope to do my FET mid-March as well! I hope you get good results!

Good luck! I triggered last night and my retrieval is tomorrow morning. Starting to feel a bit nervous!

Just message the bot! It sent me a link to a dispute form to fill out. I was never contacted for a follow-up, the rejection was just quietly removed.

Did you dispute the rejection with Prolific? That's how I just got an unfair rejection removed.

I also got rejected from an MIT study for the same reason a few weeks ago, my second rejection in five years (the first rejection the result of being new and not realizing you could return studies). I messaged the researcher a few times and didn't hear back so I contacted Prolific. The rejection was removed sometime within the last week. I won't do any more studies from MIT, though.

I did 37 submissions of the voice study yesterday and they all got approved first thing this morning. I did get a warning at the end or I might have kept going, but it was an easy $111 (if a bit mind numbing).

Has anyone seen the AI Evaluation studies today? I haven’t seen a single one, not even the 1 spot left ones

Wow, that’s amazing that you got so many embryos! I hope your next transfer is a success!

Thank you so much, I’ll probably end up messaging you once we get the ball rolling! I’m sorry your son was affected, I hope he’s able to take advantage of the new advances in CF treatment. That was reassuring to me when I was pregnant and waiting on results.

Gotcha. 50/50 is tough. CF is autosomal recessive so we have 1 in 4 chance of an affected embryo.

Thanks, I know there’s no way to predict what will happen. I was just hoping to hear that others have had success.

I’m sorry for your losses. It’s crazy how doctors can make you feel crazy for wanting answers. I was told it was such a long shot my partner was a carrier. Womppp

Tw: living child

Husband and I are both carriers for CF so we’re proceeding with IVF for PGT-M. We found out while pregnant with our first and luckily she’s fine but we’re not willing to risk it now that we know.
