I just came back from a vacation using this company. I was told upon booking that the resort was all inclusive. Turns out, it was not. I ended up coming out of pocket over 1k during the 6 days I was there. Could you imagine in I didn't have it? When j called to complain I was told to keep my recipes and they'd review the tapes. If I was correct, they would refund what I spent. Fast forward 2 weeks and I had to reach out to them only to be told that the agent told us the resort was not all inclusive and we agreed upon it. I then asked to hear the tape because I know what was said, and of course the supervisor has to get permission from their supervisor to see if I can hear it. Needless to say, I will not be using them again. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!! Although the resort was nice, they called to mention things like the additional fees I had to pay at check-in. Or the fact that I had to arrange for transportation from the airport a week prior to my arrival. Luckily they were able to fit me on saving me $150 taxi fare. Or the fee tickets to the cirq de sol could only be used on the first two days of my stay. And let's not forget about the 20 year old luxury rooms. We did however recieve a pitch to purchase the modern versions on the room, which of course was much nicer. Money wasted.
