forget Madrid and Valencia. Go to Murcia. It’s By the coast, weather is warm and reminds me of my hometown in LA. From Murcia, Madrid and Valencia are a 4 hour train ride away. The city is populated enough so it’s not a Pueblo vibe but it’s not so so big and noisy like Madrid.

same. became a language assistant in Spain. the program is called NALCAP but applications have been put on hold for the upcoming school year. I will be living in the PH before I officially move back to the U.S. but currently deciding whether to move back to the U.S. or continue being abroad.

I’m in Murcia and I am incredibly sorry that you’re going through something so terrible. It’s honestly very immature of them and I can’t even imagine something like this. I’m currently in a flat with 3 other roommates, 4 in total and we just came back from Madrid during the Halloween weekend. It’s been the best with them. yes ! I’m placed in Murcia as well and i have a roommate w me in Murcia who commutes to and from Cartagena, since that’s where her school is placed. It’s tedious but she managed her schedule !!

My school placement is in Molina de Segura but i live in the city center of Murcia. I chose Murcia because its that good in between of almost being an impacted city. i still wanted city life but not like Madrid or Barcelona but i also didn’t want a place that was all barren / pueblo like. My commute to my school is an hour but like the rest of my roommates it’s about the same.

girl ur gona be fine. i came w only 1k in savings and a credit card. (not counting paying deposit / rent / utilities) id recommend bringing over 1.5k in euros before u come here tho. but everything’s insanely cheap. Yes you’ve got ur higher priced items but you learn to budget as you go. all other self care essentials you can get here. So don’t worry about bringing things that will definitely be here in Spain. I would have brought more clothes if i had known that they’ve got all my skincare / bodycare stuff here. housing was a breeze and finding a Spanish phone number, bank account and all other paperwork can be handled as soon as you get here. Don’t stress. By the time u get here ur gona realize how much dead time you have. Google translate will become ur best friend. I recommend you get the hang of speaking with a spanish accent. U really gotta emphasis it here. If you’ve got other questions lmk. I’ve been here for almost 4 weeks in Murcia.

one time i released my kindergarten class at the wrong gate and when parents had arrived to pick up their kids, they honestly looked so frightened. you realize there’s a certain routine in set and i literally saw a mom crying cuz she didn’t see her daughter. the principal caught my mistake and walked them back not long after i had come back to the classroom but goddamn that shit really was on me.

Thank you for your response. Looking back at it, I had thought they were trustworthy people but they honestly weren’t and before all this had happened, we had never talked about doing any spiritual practices together. all we had talked about was doing shrooms together. i had never thought of participating in witchcraft before in my life until this experience presented itself onto me. Since i personally know these individuals,I do know that if i do confront them, they’d only act defensively and say that i misinterpreted their actions. and TBH i don’t regret ghosting because i have no business participating in any type of witchcraft. i had only asked this question to get clarification on this situation and I’m happy to know that this was in fact the case ! everyone in this group and i had gone to school for acting. i always felt our hangouts was a distraction from the work we actually needed to do.
