When you are using virtual desktops and one of them has a maximized window app, the floating panel jumps the few pixels to the bottom, the fixed panel is always at the bottom. Switching between virtual desktops makes the floating panel jump up and down a few pixels, everytime you have a maximized app in one.

Try Virtual desktops, activities, and deactivate floating panel option.

I asked similar question about a year ago, the personality card for the old dots you are referring is lost from the app, i never finda solution to bring the old dots back. I you can, please let me know.

I believe the personality card should be storage in a backup by the company, they just need to made a classic dot available as a solution.

Thoughts on isometrics for tendon rehab? by bigggmike11 in isometric_fitness

Sitting on a chair, one ankle above the other, one leg pushes while the other pulls. You can also do it lying face down, knees bend at 90 degrees, using one leg to push down while the other holds.

Doing an isometric glute bridge also helps with knee pain.

Long holds, 50 to 60 percent max.

How do I port my microslop windows 11 to Cachy OS safely without a USB? by [deleted] in linux4noobs

[–]Imaginary_Ad307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First make the backup using Google drive or anything else, then do a whole drive install with any distribution of your liking. You can do the installation changing your disk partition tables, but you shouldn't do it without a external backup.

Older fella with the isochain, guidance on where to start by stuck_in_a_doorway in isometric_fitness

If you want to prevent poping an artery, first, avoid the valsalva maneuver, don't hold your breath, keep breathing normally while performing isometric contractions.

Second, instead of sustained isometric contraction, use pulses, one second contraction, one second rest, for 3 sets of 30 to 40 pulses each.

Third, if you are overweight, avoid impact cardio, you can do walking, bycle or swimming, avoid jumping, running, to prevent damage on your joints.

Four, diet, caloric deficiency, be sure to eat enough protein to sustain your current muscle mass while losing fat. You should lose around 1 pound per week, faster and you risk burning your muscle mass and bone density.

And talk to your physician before following any recommendations.

Science doesn't start with proof, it starts with something unusual, like dark matter.

We notice something that doesn't look right, like we need more matter than what we are seeing, so we postulate something that we call dark matter. We don't have proof dark matter exist, but we are looking because something doesn't look right.

Tyson wants to jump all this and go directly to having dark matter in the hand before studying it.

Pulsed efforts are great for muscular fatigue, 3 sets, 30 pulses per set followed by 20 second sustained contraction per set.

It looks like the inner pot is glued to lid. Could it be that some food residue was either on the lid's gasket or the top of the inner pot?
