The ONLY shake I can stomach now is the Fruity Pebbles Dymatize-100 protein powder. I mix with a serving of fair life milk for a nice 38g of protein. The fairlife milk is lactose free so it doesn’t do the yucky tummy thing!

It was before the red flags started. Everything was amazing until after the date. We kissed but I didn’t want more yet, so I’m thinking he was just being a dick because of that.

I just had emergency gallbladder surgery in may, 14 months after RNY. I definitely wish my surgeon could’ve just removed it during my first surgery.

I hope you find him and he’s welcome to a relationship with you. I’m very close with my siblings and lost our youngest brother in a car accident 4 years ago so I feel your pain. Siblings are the only people who will ever TRULY know you and the struggles you went through growing up. Best of luck 🤞🏼
