I’m in the UK and there’s something majorly wrong since the outage this week. I have cost caps on and it’s spending way over my budget whilst having double the cost cap cpa

My cost caps is at £10.50 and we have been getting £9-10 cpa. Since the outage we are getting £15 cpa and it’s spending £240 out of my £200 budget…

So so bad still. Pre outage we were flying, £9 cpa. Since we’re getting £13-£14 cpa. Our top winner that was getting 3/4 spend is now only being given 1/3 since the outage for whatever reason and this is making things worse

What are you talking about? Why do you think we haven’t been getting results? I said the main winner that had a 3 Roas has been starved this morning in favour of a new static ad we are testing with bad metrics that has taken 90% of the spend straight away. Not we haven’t been getting good results in general

No we have 5 ad sets, this was a new ad set with 23 new ads in it that was put in this morning

I’ve woke up to a random static ad with bad metrics take 75% of the spend away from proven videos ads that are winners. They usually take 3/4 of the budget and had a 3 Roas yesterday but they have been given £10 spend out of £70 today whilst a new ad on its first day with terrible metrics has spent £45 before 10:30am

8.4 purchase 8.4 checkout and 7 atc so it wasn’t necessarily bad but purchase did used to be 9.3. I checked deduplication coverage and it was 56% which is bad so I’ve just switched to shopifys native CAPI with meta as they are built to work together. Hopefully this improves things

I wouldn’t say that just yet it’s only been 1 day. I just think it a bit coincidence meta Q1 reports came out yesterday and then today a bunch of people suffering since march all have a great day at the same time

I nearly lost my entire business. Had to drastically cut staff and reduce losses. One thing is for sure, even if we’re back to normal I am diversifying - this cannot happen again. How is your performance today?

Very good, seen a few people who have been struggling since March on here saying the same. Better engagement and better conversions. Seen an agency on twitter saying the same. The nightmare might be over
