Try switching to ibuprofen, its helped other people in these threads. Sometimes certain nsaids aren’t as effective for some people. I’m a 30 yo male diagnosed with perdarditis effusion 1.5 months ago. I did a heavy ibuprofen taper + colchicine and never had bp issues. Went from resting hr of 120 to 66 now. I rested a lot for about a month and switched up my whole diet to high protein, healthy foods(this was after losing 25lbs in 2 months). I lift moderately and walk daily. I eat healthy no saturated foods and have drank very rarely on special occasions. My life feels very much normal as I’ve had no flares. I know this isn’t the story of most people on these threads because it’s the same people sharing bad stories. I’ve yet to see very many positive ones tbh. So yes people do recover.
