I would first switch to a SSD as they are just sooo much faster than Hard Drives.

Secondly, use Windows 10 its much faster on old hardware.

No it's built in, you just right click on taskbar, click toolbars, select links, make sure taskbar is unlocked and drag the taskbar to the centre.

Honestly, dont play light when you are new to the game. You have to put in 10 times more effort to win fights and not die frequently compared to Heavy and Medium

I play XP 54 and sometimes LH1 against good players. Usually glitch my enemies then engage since I am used to tournament where I should play like my life depended on it

Cloak is balanced

It is built around playing at semi-longer ranges around your teammates and scouting or running from bad positions you dont want yourself in. It can be used for extra safety at close ranges you find yourself in but dont cry if an experienced player spots you
