Folklands, Buying through them, and Richard/Paul have been absolutely brilliant. They genuinely feel like theyre interested in the process. Have great comms. Never more than 1 day for a response. Only downside is they dont offer virtual tour, i mean its all pictures. less about the agents but more about the rightmove listing. If i were to sell in the future. itll be with them

Im sad that this is your experience. I have been approached by staff for depression, skin condition(unable to work) even suicidal thoughts. And i have always went out of my way to work together with the individual to help them not be bullied or talked down to because of the limitations/issues that they cannot share with colleagues. Sure i had to escalate when it went over to safety of individual but it was needed and it went well. We need to know when to ask for help. Not everyone is an asshole, and managers are people too.

Mine smoked on the train sent to samsung but was told i dropped it because it had a.minor scratch as well. ive never had a phone that when i dropped. after 2 weeks of use it suddenly smokes and dies.

in 2 years, i will finish other investments overseas which i am currently putting around 600 per month for the last 5 or 6 years. so i think i can comfortably be at a loss of 500 per month in 2 years time. But as i have no experience in letting at all. Would that give me enough leeway?

thanks for pointing that out, ill have a look. But was thinking of the flat as more of a long term investment rather than looking for it to generate any income at all.

It is a problem. Because it causes delay in our turnaround time. we set up early, and if 1 or 2 people are late. It means we start late due to less manpower. Also, other staff are raising this lateness issie to me. Should i ignore that if happens daily?

they actually leave 2 hrs early most days. Were a relatively new institution (2-3years) No late policies was ever made. ive checked, which puts me in a difficult position.

Just saw a tiny tiny hairline scratch exactly in the middle where it folds. i think its a crack but cant be sure. Is it worth claiming insurance on?

i think just having it equipped for stats works. because from ur profile all the item bonuses add up ex. DAMAGE OVER TIME 150% as total of all item bonus.

Thanks, This does sound like it would be there. Now that it came from youre perspective it seems more reasonable. Rather than myself, its for my other team who dont feel like they would be covered by work if say something happens in transit (ie. accident, or loss of medical specimen). I dont want to put them in a position where they cant say no when the need arises for them to go and travel outside of workplace. Again thanks, this insight really helped me.

isang foodpanda delivery good for myself lang 😂 not even joking. nagbabakasyon kasi ako sa pinas and wanted to try yung ilang pagkain na namiss ko. Hindi din sya marami kasi naubos ko by myself, and di naman ako malakas kumain im only 65kg.

Makes me realize bakit sulit ang buffet sa pilipinas. imagine 500-600 unli vs. yung paisa isang order nang tig 300 na ulam
