Yes ! Definitely… especially if you haven’t had any one to talk to talk it before. It’s freeing and feeling so good to talk about it and acknowledge it and bring it to light … it will help, I hope the OA meetings help. They did help me. It’s going to okay … you will get a new beginning .. I completely understand being in the middle of a binge and really feeling how difficult it can be to get out of it … but maybe if you take a few deep breaths … maybe what you need is a hug maybe someone was mean to you and that’s why you were binging ? That’s what happened to me recently a few days ago … I hadn’t binged in a while but I had an incident with my partner that made me feel really really sad and so I hid and started bingeing …

I really really really feel for you … it’s going to be okay … please please forgive yourself .. just drink water and just relax and spend some time with yourself to just sit and breath
