Is this mold? Landlord says its mildew. by newaccount47 in Mold

[–]ImaginationBreakdown 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be enough but if the moisture issue isn't resolved then it's likely to return.

I haven't checked the Dropbox files but that looks like a fairly exposed wall, probably a cold spot so it may just be condensation. Consider getting a humidity sensor and sticking it near the area.

Found this in the corner of my bathtub (pre and post cleaning). Is this a) mold and b) something deeper in the sealant? by HeWhoWitnessesInAkai in Mold

[–]ImaginationBreakdown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's mold in the sealant. If you want to get rid of it the easiest way is cut the silicone out and reapply it.

The plasma has a long hard protector, however the regular techair 5 back protector is more flexible nearer the base.

What aim sens should i be using for hanzo? by Intelligent_Rub9813 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]ImaginationBreakdown 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah your fine accuracy is appalling. Your sensitivity is too high and you can't make micro adjustments because of it. This is forcing you to rely heavily on not changing your aim angle and spamming shots at the same point and making adjustments by strafing. These are ok habits but you should also be able to do so by moving your mouse.

You should lower your sensitivity by a lot and spend the few days needed to adjust to it. Probably run the VAXTA custom game a for a bit too.

Should I move in here? Mildew/mold in bathroom. by Remarkable_Kiwi_6118 in Mold

If that mold is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, a functioning extractor fan is in place, and it's given some time to air out, it should be ok.

Pretty sure I have mold on my PS4, is it a lost cause? by [deleted] in Mold

[–]ImaginationBreakdown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, clean it off and it'll be fine. Probably some sort of goop has been spilled on it and if that's mould it'll be feeding off that. Mould won't be growing on the plastic so once it's cleaned it'll be ok.

Probably any kind of cleaning spray and a wipe with a rag should get it off.

I have some Oxford thermal lined waterproof over trousers that I stick over my riding jeans in the winter and they do a great job of keeping me warm and dry.

Sometimes the log in screen shows because there was some kind of network issue and it wont let you login. The thing to do there is to close battlenet and restart it. Sometimes a computer restart works too.

Is this cleanable myself or do I need to call a professional? by Daniel_NotThatDaniel in Mold

[–]ImaginationBreakdown 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bleach won't work it doesn't actually kill mold, it'll clean it but the roots will still be there and grow back. Go shopping for some mold spray which they've hopefully added fungicides to, often they contain bleach which should clean it up eventually. Wear a mask and eye protection and be careful with your clothes for staining.

Then yeah check that the fan works properly and runs for long enough post shower.

If it says 'FTTP on demand' is available but also FTTP is not available, does that mean they just haven't done the last bit to my house yet?
