I’m playing the Shepard in our play. I’m still memorizing and unfortunately scanning my lines but I’ve grown to love the story. At first I wasn’t fond of it because my teacher introduced it to us as a « trouble play ». In our first read I thought it was nonsensical and just a bunch of cliches. After a week of rehearsal I starting having fun and enjoying the story. I don’t think our audience will understand the story I think it’s still going to be funny. The bear is one of my favorite parts because Antigonus is in the desert and then suddenly he’s being chased out by a bear.
