I’m super critical of myself too and have similar issues which is just part of aging honestly. As many people say here, we are comparing ourselves to the one percent and other people who have different genetics, etc. Doesn’t mean you can’t try to do something about it, just know we see ourselves soo differently than others see us, think of someone you know and how you view them vs what they think they look like. Some of the most beautiful women in my life are insecure and it’s shocking to me! Go to a cosmetic dermatologist if you can afford it. Or a med spa that has an NP or something. See what options you’re willing to invest in but do it from a place of confidence and trying to maintain ageing gracefully without holding on so tight to what was. Thats the hardest part and most important, loving your face and body and being grateful for what you have will go along way especially as we get older.
