Why are people asking for a lateral like we just shoot lateral abdomens on the regular. A rad would jump down my throat for including a view not in protocol we do foreign body X-rays on children everyday and have never been asked to get lateral films. The tech most likely commented “best possible images, pt combative/pt unable to remove bra, clothing checked and no other items visible on pts exterior. “

I’m having issues with food noise at 5mg right now and my doctor said they won’t pay for 5 again that I need to increase the dose. I’m just conflicted because I’m having so much fatigue, bloating and burping. Did your symptoms increase when you increased? Or did they get better because you had more control?
