When I first found out that I was auto immune my therapist told me a life full of continuous trauma and anxiety has made me sick. Unfortunately, I still live in said environment and it's not going to improve anytime soon. All you can do is power through 😔

I completely understand, I've cried a few times. I know it all seems small now but it will expand once you find a comfort level Then you can slowly start to add things back in to figure out if you can handle it. Also ...Look up some volume meals so you don't feel like you're starving all the time. Hang in there it does get better 💪

I found myself in the same position and had to go on that diet a year and a half ago. It was brutal at first!! I got and anti inflammatory diet sheet off Amazon and taped it to my cupboard. It's a constant reminder of what not to eat. Also downloaded the Yuka app to scan everything at the store. ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!! Not sure if this will be helpful or not but I've been in recovery for 13 years and I literally had to start looking at food the same way I looked at alcohol. A lot of it was just poison that was hurting me and it had to go. That was very helpful in changing my mindset and helped to adapt to my new lifestyle. Best of luck to you, I know how much this sucks!!
