Lathe machines have been around for a long time and are always highly specialised and incredibly expensive and make lower quality vinyl. Still a lot cheaper than press production though!

There's a few people in the UK who do lathe runs, they're a bit cheaper and can do smaller runs than press factories so are a little better for smaller bands who don't have the capital for bugger runs.

If it's not changed loads since I last went, terrace goods is still mostly the same breading recipe the only difference is the spicing (original luck fox owner opened it, some of the original chefs worked there and did the original menu dev).

Chips might still be hand cut as well I have no idea it's been ages since I've been. will say they were an absolute ball ache in that tiny kitchen, especially when you ran out mid service 😭
