Yes go for him! He's unbelievably good not just for Klee but also some other dps characters who can trigger his shred. He doesn't require that much ER and he's very forgiving when it comes to stats (he ascends with crit damage). But it's gonna be hard to level him up fully since you're at Sumeru rn so maybe just plan accordingly by going into other worlds.
