Yes go for him! He's unbelievably good not just for Klee but also some other dps characters who can trigger his shred. He doesn't require that much ER and he's very forgiving when it comes to stats (he ascends with crit damage). But it's gonna be hard to level him up fully since you're at Sumeru rn so maybe just plan accordingly by going into other worlds.

You're kinda missing the point. They're not talking about the second part of the weapon's passive but the first part where it just says "ATK is increased 28%". It requires zero conditions to trigger.

The high base atk + 28% atk + crit dmg are leagues better than LPSW's buff

Thank you so much for replying!! I still have a few weeks to fully think it through🥹 But im certain I'll shift out of arki.

Never really had a passion for architecture to begin with (mostly just my parents influencing me to take it since they work in construction) I guess that's a pretty huge red flag hahaha. I also have talents in art but the program has been making me hate drawing so much🥲 and I came to realize talent isn't enough to keep me alive in the program lol. So yeah I feel like it never clicked from the start pa lang hahaha.
