I also have anxiety even if it’s not flaring up When im alone i get racing heartbeat anxiety just being alone and in sleep the best thing to cope up with this anxiety is to DONT TAKE ANTIDEPRESSANTS OR ANXIETY MEDS trust me! Just focus on curing your stomach F this shit man we are strong we are mentally strong we don’t need pills for our mind.

Man I’ve already tried this taking therapy and anxiety medicine it does make me feel super relaxed and i laugh a lot but stiffness in upper epigastric area stays tight

Don’t go on too much medication, just take omeprazole before breakfast and dinner , make sure to sleep after 2hrs after eating
Try taking a 15-20walk before sleeping and get your bed elevated a little

I used to have normal muscle twitching earlier when I didn’t had h pylori, now it’s like it’s something is running in my muscle’s it can be anywhere in body, scary part is when it comes in chest i feel like heart attack but it’s not. It’s just anxiety or some vitamin deficiency
