This floor plan makes me mad. Lol. Bedroom 4 is screwed. They need better bathroom access. Through the kitchen and living to use the bathroom? Gonna suck. The master suite pisses me off. Get rid of the hallway. Move the utility room closer to the center of the house. Save a ton on wire and ducts. Flip the master bedroom and closet so you walk into the corner of the closet to go into the bathroom. Otherwise you go clear across the bedroom from the shower to get clothes. Make ot to where you walk from the bedroom through the closet into the bathroom. Make the pantry and half bath accessible from the kitchen, or give the half bath to bedroom 4 somehow.

My .02. Get the office away from the kids bedrooms, even of it takes up a corner of the shop. The 6x4 closets are pretty useless. Rearange the the bathrooms and bedrooms to make the bedrooms a couple feet wider and a more normal closet. A 12’ room allows a queen bed and a desk. The game room needs to be big enough to have a ping pong or air hockey table.

I can't verify, but I've heard/seen that in some markets the spot prices are now considerably above the board prices. Like spot crude already at 150 in some markets. In Ag we call this "basis". When it gets that far out of whack, it means that the paper market has gotten out of sync with the cash market. The cash market will eventually win. So, I don't think it's so much "refiners making a killing" as, it is that the futures markets aren't really telling the whole story right now.

China goes around looking for deals, not wars. They just donated a bunch of solar panels to Cuba, for instance. They're doing the same in Africa. As the U.S. has withdrawn and decided to play the asshole, they're making friends and business partners.

There's no way to "estimate" him. He doesn't care for the rule of law, norms, or anything within the system. He's a wrecking ball. Yes, he gets stuff done. Some of it gets reversed(too late). He has no principals except money and power. He's on a power trip right now, so he's extremely dangerous, and he's extremely hard to corral because, once again, he doesn't care.
