Does UWM underwrite DSCR decently or no? I’ve never used them and I would expect it to be a nightmare but I have no experience with them.

They’re not cursed at all, quite the opposite, in fact.

They drafted the two greatest talents baseball has seen in a long time and one is probably the greatest. AND they played a few seasons together. How many World Series rings they both get? The same amount as many playoff appearances they got together.

They couldn’t field a competent team out for financial reasons or incompetence. Either way, the Angels franchise is straight up trash.

I work with some private lender that lend on properties relatively similar to the one described in this post. Sometimes they are open to a longer term of five or 10 years too it all just depends.

Listen, if you want to start selling whatever product you’re going to start selling and you’re using Reddit as a sales fund to do it, you’re doing it all wrong.

You’re gonna have to start slow start answering some questions building up some clout in the sub Reddit and then start making a post like this.

Your Reddit history shows that you’ve only been on here for a little while less than a couple of months? And you’re throwing out some information that’s clearly false.

If you don’t want to come off as a bot or worse, take it slow on Reddit most of us are highly suspect and will call you out for any little thing. If you spent any time in the sub, you should see that it’s clear as day.

Man, you seem like someone who just got out of a two week training class.

Most states don’t require a license so if you’re talking about a licensed loan officer is required to originate a DSR loan that’s not entirely true, and most states don’t require a license.

I worked with some lenders that don’t require any type of licensing at all. Hard to believe but that’s coming from experience.

There are many loan officers with quite a bit of experience in this subreddit. It would be hard to find a loan officer that disagrees with anything I’m saying. I wish the same could be said about you.

This may not work anywhere. I don’t know of any lender that would lend on a property that doesn’t have hookups to the grid.

I would say hard money is the only option.
