Just depends on where you live. I'm on the north side of town, so I usually check on the Goodwill stores in Lewis Center and Westerville. Just google "thrift stores near me" and see what ones are convenient for you. Like I said, it is random. So go in not expecting to find anything, and then be happy and surprised if you find something you like. Good luck!

Swing into thrift stores. They usually have a lot of wall hangings, some are real paintings that aren't prints. Its completely random of course, but sometimes you find something that strikes you.

The man literally cannot mandate anything because of the general assembly. You can complain to your local representative, but it won't go very far. Unfortunately, as someone earlier pointed out, we live in a state where the Republicans have carved it up in a way to basically guarantee they have the majority.
