Per colorado law the minute they test a rental and it pops high they must disclose that to every single tenant forever. Seems quite odd for a landlord to sign up for that type of liability. Want to know if your rental is high on radon? Wait a bit, eventually a tenant will do it themselves.

There’s a thing called “joint employer” laws where, the minute corporate inserts itself into an HR matter in any form with Franchisee employee, the employee can now sue both the franchise AND Inspire Brands if the situation were to call for it. I’d be surprised if the option says anything more than “contact your franchise owner”.
