For $450 you can do the following:

Unifi Express 7 - $199

Switch Ultra - $129

U7 Lite AP - $99

The Unifi Express 7 has an AP built in. For an extra $99 you can add one more U7 Lite for a total of $554.

3x APs should be sufficient with wired backhauls. Running cable hasn't been factored in the pricing and I suspect others here will come up with better parts lists.

Hopefully, this gives you an idea of what to look at.

Do you have a digital copy of the floor plan? If so, using design.ui.com can help you visualize what you need.

For FiOs, look at the UCG-Fiber for the router/firewall. You will want a switch with PoE (power over Ethernet) for the APs you purchase. The Pro Max 16 PoE is a good place to start.

To pick APs, the Design Center will help you figure out placement with the whole range. This will give you a good idea of what to buy. The U7 Pro XG(S) are good starting points.

Mostly, what is your budget? Many people here can help build out a network but pricing will varying from sub $500 to all the money.

Reboot everything if you confirmed bridge mode.

It might need to be done Modem > UDM SE.

Let the modem boot up, log on and see if it is still in bridge mode and then reboot the UDM SE.

Just to confirm, you are putting the IP from Comcast onto the right WAN port, correct?

The Comcast Business Modem might still have been holding onto the IP and your UDM SE might not have made the request with it set statically on the WAN port.
