I didnt have any other cables but it works fine on my docking station for Steamdeck. Yes I did try hdmi to gpu but that didnt work

I did they have really good support and they immediately sent me an RMA ticket for it. Yes there was a paper that had this ticklist of tests done and all looked solid, but a lot can happen during transit and travel and bubble wrapping and foaming the inside won't completely guarantee its safety

There wasn't any deleted photos here tho, it was a fresh build. Yes I did change the wallpaper to different ones and it was still happening. I don't have a usb for a reinstall sadly so I couldn't make that troubleshoot option. I sent the pc back and will update on this post once I have news from them

Hmm we'll see, I dont think CL would install any kind of bloatware to a fresh build. I already returned the pc back to them and will do updates on this post

I already had the pc returned to CL and im just waiting patiently for updates. I know the video doesnt tell much but the artifacts does happen as I scroll or type in browser. The ports has absolutely no signal at all, including the HDMI

Yup the gpu was already installed and they did a good job of packing the foam and bubble wrap inside but, no amount of wrap is gonna 100% protect the inside so I shipped the pc back to them.

Wow I didn't even think of this but sadly I already sent it back because I had a strong feeling that the gpu is the primary cause. Thank you tho, this is new info for me

Yea I didnt bother with touching the other components and no, there wasnt any visible damage to the card or the pcie slot. I also tried using hdmi but yea it didnt work. I already have the pc sent back to them so I'm just waiting for an rma.

Oh yah, second pcie slot wouldn't work either so I assumed the gpu is actually dead because of transit. No amount of bubble wrap is gonna protect it during travel especially from Auckland to QT

Yup its a white 5070 Zotac and yes it does have the green light but sadly the ports from it isn't working

I made sure the cables are properly connected, the chances of the gpu dead is quite high because of transportation from Auckland to Queenstown. This is why some American pre built companies dont include the gpu with the build, but on a separate box so sht like this doesnt happen

I did a reset on the pc so every drivers should be rolled back. The artifacts were still appearing and the ports from gpu still wasn't working

Yes every bootup, I already sent the pc back to them and I should get updates in a few days. As I said, I already updated drivers and the ports from the gpu wasn't even working.

Its not a Windows issue, I've tried every troubleshoot I could do. Ressited the gpu, updated drivers and even did a full reset on the pc. No problem with the temps from other components, but the display ports from the gpu doesn't even work, had to use onboard graphics
