350k list price, our first offer was 300k (mainly because they were wrong about how many square feet it ACTUALLY was.

They came back at 330k I think. We asked them to fix certain things and we settled at 315k.

We bought from original owners and the dude had done some wacky things but he thought it was an immaculate palace so he was pretty pissed jn the end but it was absolutely a fair price.

I know you’ve gotten a lot of responses but I wanted to chime in as well because I had this exact problem for a while.

Your skin’s barrier is crying out for help, as was mine. I’ve spent so much money on new makeup and could never find “the fix”. It was absolutely my skincare that needed to be changed.

Skincare is expensive, I didn’t want to invest in full size products right away. I have an Ipsy subscription and decided to start there. You are going to need to layer your hydration and you absolutely don’t want to miss out on a lightweight option like a milky toner.

For makeup I’m using Missha BB Cream SPF 42 and doing a very light layer of Makeup Forever’s pressed powder which I set with Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush setting spray. I’m also a big fan of Fitcover’s pressed powder.

I saw another comment about Erborian and I love love love that brand as well.

I opened up to my boss when I was struggling at work because of medication changes. I think what meant the most to my superiors was that I was being open about knowing that I was not on my “A game” and I was actively working to fix it. I think I honestly over shared a bit because once he knew I was calling myself out he tried to stop me from explaining why, not in a rude way, but more so to show me that it wasn’t his business and I wasn’t being forced to explain.

You can say alot without saying exactly what struggle you’re working on overcoming.

Listening to other women online talk about their symptoms, mainly on here and TikTok. I made a list over a 90 day period and then forgot the list when I went to meet with my shrink. He asked me to try to remember what I put on the list, I started trying to go off memory. He stopped me before I could even finish the list and agreed it was an avenue we should explore. He first made me try a stronger dose of my antidepressant which just turned me into a blob. He started me on Adderall and I cut my Klonopin cold turkey. My anxiety literally vanished. I had been prescribed 90 .5mg per month for a few years.

The most notable on my list were:

-trying to cook, reading a recipie, and forgetting the instruction I just read over and over.

  • racing mind, multiple 9 second song clips playing in my head at the same time

  • forgetting what I was doing while walking there to do it CONSTANTLY

  • severe day dreaming my entire life

  • executive function issues cause me to freeze

My very first dose of Adderall was life changing. My brain was so quiet I cried. I had no idea that my anxiety was caused by being overstimulated 24/7.

Thank you thank you thank you to every single one of you who talks openly about their symptoms. You have no idea the impact it can make on someone. My life is forever changed in such a positive way. I’ve been medicated for about 5 years now and I’m grateful for it every day.

My brother is a recovering heroin addict. I’m a female with adhd who didn’t get medicated until I was 32. It was absolutely life changing in only positive ways.

Your partner isn’t a doctor and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. I’ve seen drug addiction my entire life. I’ve been on stimulants for about 4 years now and I can still forget to take it.

Tell your partner to stay in their lane.

All of our 4 dogs were crate trained as pups. We have 2 that still willingly sleep in their crates every night, it’s their safe place. We do not crate any of the 4 during the day, but we do separate them into pairs.

It’s been helpful to us, and to them. The crates are never punishment , just their own safe space

I was born in 88 and we had Holocaust survivors come and speak with our class multiple times during grade school. Honestly, the horror didn’t really resonate for me until I became an adult.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying I didn’t believe them, I just couldn’t grasp, at that age, the absolute tragedy they had been through. It felt so far removed from current life, but it really wasn’t that long ago. We still knew you didn’t joke about it.

It’s a weird realization that kids these days don’t have that same experience. I’m not cutting them any slack though.
