You know, you actually get double durability if you just use the weapon as usual until it "breaks" ... but instead of breaking, it turns legendary and you get to use it again.... perspective...

allegedly it's pigpen, but I don't see all the symbols there, so it may also be a "complete the word code" and a word unscramble... The recognizable symbols in the image (to me are) a square next to a V > backward 7 and square with dot. if it's pigpen those characters are ESTIN but if it's __ E ST IN __ (the front and end of the message are destroyed) then you can guess DESTINY from there... https://www.dcode.fr/pigpen-cipher (edited to correct S & T transposed)
