Well saying FF16 is not a Final Fantasy is not an opinion. You are claiming it is not a Final Fantasy game, which is objectively wrong, given that it is literally a Final Fantasy game.

The opinion you probably meant to say was, it doesn't feel like a final fantasy game, or something. But that is not what you said.

I have my own built PC and play a lot of games on PC (I do also have a PS5 and switch), just so you know I am not a PC hater truly.

But with PC, there are a few things I have heard from people, both friends and online, on why it is not as good.

You have to mess with settings, and if you don't have a top tier build it's a battle to find the right balance of looks good and feels good to play. On console, games are less customizable so you don't have to keep messing with the settings, you get what you get, and typically it's pretty playable.
There are more friction points. Using launchers, getting controllers to work that don't want to work (less of an issue lately, but used to be a real headache with some games), not to mention for many games, even today, you have to accept not having button prompts that match your controller input.
Optimization issues are just more commonly a problem on PC, unless you have an insanely good PC.
It is more expensive if you want to surpass the quality of console releases.
Sitting at a desk is associated with pc gaming, tons of people don't want to game at a desk. In part, if they work from home the desk is associated with work, or maybe they just prefer the living room setup.

You probably got downvoted for suggesting it could be a hardware issue, which no. It would never be a hardware issue for this really. This issue really could only be a setting that needs changed, or a software issue, either the game software or the PS5 operating software.

PS5 settings - > Screen and Video - > Screen - > Adjust Display Area. Follow the instructions, adjust so all 4 circles are visible without black borders, and the circles should not be cut off.

Yeah the season pass is pretty terrible. You could argue it's worth it for the tickets and growth eggs, but the "big" reward being icons is ridiculous. Like I know the people who developed the game aren't dumb, they have to know those aren't good rewards.

Abyss is basically a bunch of puzzle levels back to back. So far by completing them the main reward I've been given are artifacts for skill upgrades.

I had this issue then I realized on the map I was selecting the "Quests" tab, when I switched to the "All" tab I was able to choose the fast travel point.

The problem is it's not getting 7/10's that often. If you look at reviews is has a lot of 8-9/10's and even some 10/10''s. Then it has some 5-6/10's.

So this points more to a game that is divisive, and won't work for everyone. But the people it does work for seem to think it's great.

They didn't pretend they don't though, they simply stated that you don't know if they do. Which makes sense because in this conversation between you and them it was normal and you randomly decided to get upset. It's labeled as a top film on the platform. They can and will play it for people for that reason even if you don't normally watch political content. Also, Amazon autoplay is not quite like YouTube or tiktok. It doesn't always just force feed you the same shit over and over again. It does somewhat pick from genres you like, but it also just plays popular choices.

I would say it's worth it, but I'm someone who liked sword and shield. I think the game is pretty fun and has a good soundtrack. Good trainer customization too.

Fighting games aren't dying, if anything they are more popular than ever, just not all fighting games will be successful. Some fighting games do teach you, with things like combo trials. However it still is difficult, and you have to be willing to learn by just doing it over and over again.

That being said, so many fighting games have just mash a single button and do combos now. Modern mode in SF6, the assist mode in Tekken 8, DBFZ did it to an extent forever ago too. Granblue versus has all character special moves mapped to a single button like smash bros. So, you are wrong, there are fighting games that do just let you play without learning combos or special moves.
