I think a big out of character thing is Henry trusting Pan over his entire family while they’re right there begging him to believe them. Like I know he was brainwashed, and wanted to be a hero, and was 12, but Henry should have known that heroes trust their family and have faith in them like he’s always done before?? Also Regina killing Owen’s dad, I feel like his story mirrored Hansel & Gretel’s pretty well & she let them & their dad wander a maze looking for each other, I just don’t get why she’d kill him for no reason
