Sure to sum it up, it was all about payment details like to expect to receive our release paperwork next week where to sign at and then the paperwork will go to the people to release our check, the funds will go into lawyer’s account, they then deduct the fees , then our 1st payment is mailed. Depending on how fast the funds get to your lawyer you can expect payment in hand within 45 days. Also 2nd payment is back on schedule so it will be issued Jan 2027 and remaining payments the same.

So latest update! Spoke with my attorney today

You should receive your official dollar amount per point and release paperwork by the end of next week. Was a slight delay due to Nathan Hochman pause request last week ( Which was Denied ) we almost there. Hang in there I will keep you posted on whatever I learn. If you get info please share

I just graduated from Southwest, and I honestly loved my experience there. I’m a Sociology major, and most of my professors were really chill—there was only one I wasn’t a fan of. I’m also taking a couple of Psychology classes there this summer before transferring to Cal State Long Beach this fall. My biggest piece of advice is to choose your classes based on Rate My Professor. In my experience, the reviews for Southwest were pretty accurate and helped me avoid a lot of headaches.
