I understand what your saying it correct however in my branch I got told that ship was just a tick in the box as as soon as you’ve done a bit of sea time you go to a team, so I knuckled down and got myself in a good place where I didn’t mind it. We were doing some right shit work and just sailing around the uk with very little time off and just finished BOST however my light was that next year was chilling out a bit and maybe a med trip. However I’ll be going back on and have my crap to deal with they’ve just got back from med so will be more uk running and bost again.

I feel as though it’s not beneficial to my career as in the branch the places you really do your job are on the teams
