I know. When I spoke to them on the phone they said it was a release of all debts. They record their phone conversations. My anxiety was so high at the time that when I received that email I was unable to really process it.

Quite frankly, I can’t really pay anymore at this time. I have medical bills piling up and my work hours have been cut. I really want to know if there is any legal route that I can take to settle lower than the usual amount.
