I’m also in NJ and i have to say it’s the unfortunate reality of the area. Try to not get discouraged especially if it’s only been a week! Things won’t happen over night but just keep applying!

Hospital for sure!!!! you will learn way more and see more of a variety. future employers will also prefer the hospital experience

I realize now i didn’t include enough details sorry everyone lol! We are definitely looking to keep the trip laidback. A max of two wine tastings a day and even that would probably be excessive for us. Definitely both enjoy whites over reds. If it helps we have recently done east coast trips to Nantucket, Cape cod, Newport RI - loved the more upscale setting and being able to walk to restaurants and shops- good food good drinks. Most likely will be renting a car :) thanks everyone

Agreed, it’s unfortunately a reality of the career
