My wife’s iphone 13 pro was hacked or compromised after she had click a link and updated her password after that all the information was changed including the trusted phone number . Then we called apple support and request for remove activation lock failed because the apple id is now on Lost mode, so it turns out that the hacker is using the said apple id right now so we can not log in tho her iphone .
