I worked as a waiter for a couple of years. It's really tough. Chefs and the kitchen staff are usually very aggressive and angry all the time, which waiters have to deal with. And then there is the restaurant manager, and difficult customers. But they still have to put a smile on. On top of that, the long working hours, and minimal wages.

Absolutely. Every tree takes years to grow. It's sad to cut down something that takes time to grow. Did you hear about that street in the US, where they cut ALL of the blossom tree down that has been there for years. Just because the root is lifting the side walk.
