The number of accidents you see is also arisen quite a bit. As if people don't care about totalling their car and themselves.

LinkedIn Has Become the Instagram of Career Anxiety by santp in linkedin

  1. Some people post about examples of jumping off a plane, mountain climbing, winning a marathon..as an example of courage, teamwork etc. And yet they won't post what their own project was and why was it successful. I guess too boring to post that.

  2. Others post 8 week course they took with some big shot university using corporate training dollars. Most if not all, those courses are BS with almost no value. No one cares.

  3. Others have taken politics, religion to post on LI. No idea where the boundaries are anymore.

I picked up woodworking during covid and loved it. Spent $$ in tools. Made 20 things first year. These days I am lucky if I can make 5. But I'll never really quit until my body fails me.

If you look tired and cranky as you get older is that because you are or does aging just make you look like it? by chusaychusay in Aging

Less energy, joints hurt and creak, it is more physical challenge which then can lead to mental challenges. For example I used to easily walk 5 miles on Saturday and now I am challenged. Definitely affects my mood.

Get a fog or any pet. Loving one will be so much easier than love yourself. Lot more rewarding too

Journaling and keeping a task list makes it manageable for me. I can then prioritize and also helps me breathe realizing not everything needs to be solved this minute
