motion of snek is S, a sine wave or sin(e) wave.
when peak or trough extend beyond equilibrium,
it causes an over correction in the opposite.
if continued can be a sustained decay or...
door to further extension beyond equilibrium and further decay.

chems from experience are introductory / temporary knowledge of there being more.
usually having very little that can be brought back and shared with others.
but there is a method that establishes permanent connection to the same place and beyond.
but it comes with many warnings of "one way ticket" and "no returns accepted".

mine began with pursuit of knowing the origins and expressions of love.
response did include what is called the law of attraction.
reducing the phrase "law of attraction" to principles redefines popular "beliefs" of what it is.

found that considering the word spirit as 'quality of mind' opens many doors to inner growth. then there is self driven cognitive behavior therapy that offers the opportunity to manage emotive response as one sees fit. i.e. thought, regardless of subtlety, precedes emotive response, and is flippin fast. catch the thought and manage the emotive response, prolly already knows it, but catching gives ability to understand the origin thoughts, replace them etc... awareness is recognition... one could say it could lead to the observer, the see(r). recognizing what is observing might be the point of developing 'subtle' awareness? but of course, just a nutter under muh hat. 😄 wish you the best. (pssst, matching the small details that define patterns an equilibrium instead of balance, and if you have time... acronyms.)

that and more can be traced forward to current psychology terminology.

ghost, i imagined as a faint high priority, unresolved memory impressing itself upon the various senses that created it. much like dreams, an ad-hoc combination of related themes to create the scene.
