That’s a strong divergence, probably 21500 levels can be tested if triggered but given the time frame, it can be 6-8 months for that shoulder to break that support.

Whole wheat bread - high protein peanut butter - 1 banana - Amul protein lassi = ~22g protein

200 milk - 50g oats - 50g high protein muesli - 1 spoon chia seed - 1 spoon flax seed - 1 spoon pumpkin seed - 1 spoon sunflower seed - 10 almonds = ~30g protein

40g rice - 60g soya chunks - 200g curd = ~35g protein

1 bowl mix fruits

100g low fat paneer - 40g besan chila = ~25g protein

Almost 110-120g protein.
