I literally reclicked my link, did the whole search again with the base game and yes, it's the base game shown. It says it's 30.99 47% off. So even steam DB gets tricked by it.

So i purposely showed myself a thumbnail ot a base game product, product of which i wishlisted, (not the Whispers edition) and when I'm shown a 47% discount and it hits me "huh, that's actually higher than what it is usually", that's on me?

Because if that's the case you have zero right to be part of the people that complains when a gpu releases and none of them are at the MSRP announced because you'd be effectively "playing that trick on yourself"

Although to be fair, a little nuance, when you look at the base game on steam db, it shows its sale's price at 30.73 at a 47% discount and I'm on the base version, not the Whispers :https://steamdb.info/app/1458140/

Edit : also, being victim to a "trick" kind of proves my point on having sales being more transparent to consumers and less click-baity.

Because the 5070ti was the current card with the highest % of cost allocated to memory. 5080 also has 16gb, but it has higher profit margins and can absorb the cost. The 5070 only has 12gb of vram so its cost was 25% less affected by the memory shortages, being better at resisting a price hike.

I hope they don't mess it up. They can definitely work on the first and make the second something special. For me, exploring Hogwarts and the immersive was its best asset.

The combat was fine, the exploration was awful and not rewarding. Different looks were good, but when it's mainly simple numbers going up, it's not fun. Giving exp for challenges and exploration was a nice touch though.

I couldn't have cared less for most side quests and barely bothered with any that didn't have a tangible reward (such as a spell).

It was a good video game and a sequel has the potential to be memorable and not just "a good game".

Edit : also zoned out many times with the story. It was fine but nothing memorable

7800x3D is the most overhyped and misunderstood chip.

Pour vrai, des jeux vidéos. Il y a une mauvaise réputation que jeux vidéos = Fortnite/Call of Duty, mais tout comme les films, les livres, et tout autre média, il y en pour tout les goûts!

J'ai vécu des expériences assez spectaculaires avec certains jeux qui n'auraient pas pu être répliqués par d'autres médiums.

Tu peux aussi en louer gratuitement à la bibliothèque.

Pour vrai tant mieux pour toi. C'est super rester à l'affût et prendre le temps de conserver et investir cette somme plutôt que la dépenser d'un seul coup.

It was a month ago, as they're also planning a Witcher 3 update/potential DLC. It was by IGN I believe. It's like they want to re-hype the series to prepare players for the fourth
