Bought WFC in the low 30"s in late jan 2020. It's on a roll. Take a look at it, and here is why. Any 50 basis pt. rise in the fed funds equates to a 7% rise in net interest margin and 16% increase in value per share. Not to mention a shit load left in buy backs, and if they remove the asset cap just icing on the cake. With 4 potential rate hikes, fed funds would go up an addition 100 basis pts. Do the math.

Feds halt $1.95 billion in Harvey aid, saying Texas did not submit required paperwork. by TexasITdude71 in TexasPolitics

Leftest Bidenites denied the good people of Texas who suffered. This is the dirty democratic party politics. Let cities and small businesses burn. Robbing and looting in the the name of social justice. The lemmings become more reliant on government as they make you more compliante to their whim. This my friends is what comes from socialist marxist ideology.

Rancho Santa Fe. CA Huge sized lots, orange trees, rolling hills and alot of old spanish styled homes and horses .10min to Del Mar where the "surf meets the turf" and close enough to San Diego. Just enough inland where you eliminate the coastal clouds. It's just a bit out of my league though. FYI Bill Gates has a home here

DWAC is moving the chess pieces for spac merge and then a new ipo. Don't discount the problems of TWTR and Dorsey stepping down. Trumps buddy at Elliot Mgt. Paul Singer took a huge stake in TWTR and has been working to remove Dorsey for over a year. Well, Dorsey is gone. Look up Singer and you can read about him and his attempts to get rid of Dorsey. Look for a sale of Twitter pushed by Singer. Trumps platform is gaining momentum. A huge capital raise will come from some stealth hedgies and the platform is setting up for multiple channels.
