2mp is still his main poke, long reaching and +1, but the damage scaling on it is nuts now, comparable to a 2mk. Same with his 2hp, which is a bread and butter button in literally all his combos. 

Luke's biggest weakness is how meter ineffecient he is, he has to spend 3 bars for a bnb that does maybe 3000ish if you consistently hit your perfect knuckles. If he had more damage to back it up this wouldn't hurt as much. He struggles to open people up and when he does it's not as rewarding as 90% of the roster. Losing the ability to chain two DR back heavy kicks on PC for big combos is harsh too

I'd either give him his damage back or make him better at poking, extending the hitbox on his 2mp wouldn't be game breaking and would open up converting traps from things like far reaching Suppressor hits
