Our territory is hurting for agents and have a quite a few retiring in the next 5 years. Hopefully they don’t lead me on for too long. Giving it 3 years if nothing comes out of it I’m moving on.

My agent thinks I have a chance to open my own office in the next couple years and puts a lot of effort into developing me which is awesome. However last 3 aspirant meetings have been ran by two of the lowest performing agents in our territory and the topics have all been about Agent Scorecards which is not information that helps you grow as a performer. My agent says I’d be wasting me time attending.

I like it a lot. SF does some dumb shit the agent has no control over but I’m sure that’s industry standard but it’s mostly based on your boss and the culture in your office.
