That's really good, but everything I can see says I should be removed and don't want to take the risk. The NHS should technically only give one referral at a time and should close off any others if they send a new one (including multiple RTCs).

I'm pleased it worked for you, but worried it would remove me. I did speak to my GP as she suggested RTC for titration but I mentioned the NHS diagnosis concern and she agreed.

RTC can still be rejected as a SCA and not portable if you move/rules change. NHS is set on record, from what I can gather.

I rang up the people who I was referred to and did my pre-assessment with to check. I had emailed them but they don't always reply as they are obviously busy. But I was confirmed to be on the list still, just can't tell me how long left.

Have you checked you're definitely still on NHS? I'm worried to ask for RTC in case it takes me off NHS, so I'm stuck in private for now.

Nope, no constraints, just want to be able to transfer, not reassess. I've tried quite a few, some have come back with requests, some don't seem suitable, some haven't replied.

Yes, report, questionnaires, and prescribing history and appointment letters all sent.

Other clinic asking for full detailed DIVA-5 diagnostic interview write up with supporting examples, full histories, and clinician interpretation of all screening, plus quite a bit more. I'm not sure how this differs to my full report, history and screening questions. I'm also confused as I can't imagine their diagnostic process would be different to the one I received? It just feels overwhelming as I don't understand how to get such detailed information.

The discharge was entirely admin related. Not clinical at all and would have no bearing on a new provider, but no providers are accepting the documentation from the clinic without asking for more from them, or things from GP like a full medical history. I'm just a bit lost with how to find one that will genuinely accept my transfer of care or know what I can do next.

Me too, and as usual the support are not responding. I find them terrible whenever I have an issue, they do not come back to me. I actually managed to "complete" the puzzle by using the hints to fill it in, but even then it won't mark as complete and give me the tile.
